As the founder of Concretecote, I bring a unique combination of precision, craftsmanship, and real-world experience to the epoxy flooring, polyurea flooring, and concrete coating industry. Before starting this company, I spent years in healthcare — a career where every moment mattered. I frequently had to make split-second, life-saving decisions, and those experiences sharpened my attention to detail, reinforced the importance of accuracy, and taught me how to stay calm under pressure.

Stepping away from healthcare was a decision guided by family. I wanted to be more present at home and build something meaningful beyond a career — something that aligned with our values. I’m honored to share my life with my wife, Danielle, who is also a hardworking small-business owner, and our adult children, two of whom proudly served as United States Air Force veterans. Our youngest son now works alongside me in the business, helping continue the family legacy of integrity, discipline, and craftsmanship. Working with him every day is one of the greatest rewards of building Concretecote.
